1. I have a door or door frame that is rotten at the bottom, can that be repaired?

Answer: Yes, your door or door frame can be repaired in a number of different ways. The best way is to replace the door or door frame with a composite material like fiberglass or PVC so that it cannot rot, this fix the problem.

2. What kind of warranties do I get with my new door or door frame?

 Answer: All of our commercial and residential doors come with a six month warranty on labor. The warranty on the door or door frames is dependent on the manufacturer and we can provide that information when we give you the quote for your particular project as well as tax credit paperwork on residential low E glass, if applicable.  

3. Can you get commercial grade or special order doors, door frames and hardware to match what I have on my home or business?

Answer: Of course we can. We have a network of suppliers that can match just about anything produced today, occasionally we have even had hardware specially made for a customer that could not be purchased otherwise.

4. What happens if my home or business gets broken into?

Answer: Just give us a call. We’ll come out and give you free estimates during business hours or for the cost of a service call after hours, assess the situation and give you some options for securing your home or business. After you have decided what the best course of action is, we will act quickly to ensure the repairs are done promptly and properly so you may get back to a normal routine.
